摘要
通过力学性能试验,扫描电子显微镜和能谱分析,金相分析等技术手段,对30Cr13不锈钢循环水泵轴断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:叶轮密封失效后,受到Br^-污染的循环水渗入键与键槽及叶轮与轴的缝隙中,在循环疲劳载荷作用下,发生腐蚀疲劳断裂。
Through mechanical performance test,scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum analyzing,metallographic analysis and other technical means,the reasons for the fracture of a 30Cr13 stainless steel circulating water pump shaft were analyzed.The results show that after the impeller seal failure,circulating water polluted by Br^- infiltrating into the gaps of both key-key groove and impeller-shaft,corrosion fatigue fracture occured under the effect of cyclic fatigue load.
