摘要
实践教学是心理学专业人才尤其是应用型人才培养的重要手段,同时也是心理学专业学生运用实践技能解决实际问题、从事科学研究的最佳途径。以心理学类本科专业教学质量国家标准为依据,结合韩山师范学院心理学(师范)专业人才培养方案,通过实践能力目标及课程体系的修订、实验教学内容的优化、实践教学平台的完善、虚拟仿真实验项目的建设、实践教学模式的改革以及优化管理体制和激励机制等措施,以期构建更加合理完备的实践教学体系。
Practical teaching is not only an important approach of training psychology profession⁃als,especially application-oriented talents,but also the best way for psychology students to solve practical problems and engage in scientific research.Based on the national standard for the teaching quality of undergraduate psychology major,combined with the training program of psychology(nor⁃mal)major in Hanshan Normal University,measures have been taken,such as the revision of practi⁃cal ability target and curriculum system,the optimization of experimental teaching content,the im⁃provement of practical teaching platform,the construction of virtual simulation experiment projects,the reform of practical teaching mode,the optimization of management system and incentive mecha⁃nism,so as to construct a reasonable and complete practical teaching system.
