南拳是我国竞技武术套路中的重要组成部分,随着运动训练科学化水平的不断提高,南拳运动员的竞技水平也在不断的提升。运用文献资料法、观察法、录像分析法对影响南拳运动员竞技能力的因素进行探析,为南拳运动员更好的进行训练提供理论与实践依据。

Nanquan is an important part of Chinese competitive martial arts routines.With the continuous improvement of the scientific level of sports training,the competitive level of Nanquan athletes is also constantly improving.This paper USES the method of literature,observation and video analysis to analyze the factors affecting the competitive ability of southern boxing athletes,and provides theoretical and practical basis for better training of southern boxing athletes.
