摘要
App是安装在智能手机上的一款软件,商家可以通过App向用户传达信息和推销商品,同时用户也可以通过手机App获取到自己需要的信息。运用文献资料法、数理统计法和实验法等研究方法,利用运动类App对程序员施加影响,目的是提高程序员参加体育锻炼的强度、时间和频率,养成参加体育锻炼的习惯。实验的结果表明,体育运动类App对程序员参加体育锻炼有正向促进作用。
App is a kind of software installed on smart phones.Businesses can communicate information and promote products to users through app,and users can also get the information they need through mobile app.This paper uses the research methods of literature,mathematical statistics and experiment,and uses sports app to exert influence on programmers.The purpose is to improve the intensity,time and frequency of programmers to participate in physical exercise,and to form the habit of participating in physical exercise.The experimental results show that the sports app has a positive role in promoting programmers to participate in physical exercise.
