妇炎清联合妇炎灵灌肠方治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及对炎性因子的影响

Effect of Fuyanqing combined with Fuyanling enema on chronic pelvic inflammation and its influence on inflammatory factors

目的探讨妇炎清联合妇炎灵灌肠方治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果以及对患者机体炎性因子水平的影响。方法选择榆林市中医医院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者286例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组143例。研究组患者给予妇炎清联合妇炎灵灌肠方治疗,对照组患者仅给予妇炎清进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者临床治疗的总有效率为93.71%,明显高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者各项炎性因子水平、生活质量评分和中医症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平明显降低,生活质量评分和中医症状积分也明显降低,白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平明显升高,研究组以上各指标与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇炎清联合妇炎灵灌肠方治疗慢性盆腔炎,可有效提高患者临床疗效,改善炎性因子水平,提高生活质量,效果显著,可推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fuyanqing combined with Fuyanling enema on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors in patients.Methods A total of 286 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into study group and the control group,143 cases in each group.The control group patients only given Fuyanqing for treatment and the study group was given Fuyanqing combined with Fuyanling enema,clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed.Results The total effective rate of study group was 93.71%,which was higher than that in the control group(76.92%),and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory factor levels and quality of life scores of the two groups before treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),the quality of life scores and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).And interleukin-2(IL-2)levels were significantly increased(P<0.05).Differences of the indicators of the study group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyanqing combined with Fuyanling enema in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients,improve the level of inflammatory factors,as well as improve the life quality.It is worthy of promotion.
