摘要
文章分析了现有文献对物流企业绩效评价的不足之处,提出了一个基于主成分分析、交叉效率DEA和熵权法的新的评价方法。首先应用主成分分析法对二层指标进行降维并构建出少数几组起主导作用、互不相关的主成分,然后结合交叉效率DEA的互评体系以及通过熵权法确定的客观权重最终得到物流企业的总体绩效值;并通过对多个物流企业运营绩效的优劣情况进行评价及排序验证了本方法的可行性。
Based on the existing literature on the evaluation of the performance of logistics companies,a novel evaluation method based on principal component analysis(PCA),cross-efficiency data envelopment analysis(DEA)and entropy weight method is proposed.PCA is first applied to reducing the dimension of the second-level index where only a few groups of dominant and uncorrelated principal components are constructed as new second-level index.First-level index is then evaluated by the cross-efficiency DEA mutual evaluation system.Together with the objective weight that is determined by entropy weight method,the overall performance of the logistics company can be derived.Eight different logistics companies are evaluated and sorted.Practicability of this method is validated by evaluating and ranking the pros and cons of the performance of the logistics companies.
