摘要
研究了一类具有垂直传播的疟疾SIR-SI模型,探讨了垂直传播在疟疾传播过程中的影响.利用下一代矩阵的方法给出了系统的基本再生数,并且借助基本再生数和单调迭代动力系统理论分析了系统的动力学性态.结果表明,垂直传播率越高,疾病的传播风险越大.
This paper explore an SIR-SI type malaria model with vertical transmission.We study the influence of vertical transmission in the process of malaria transmission.The basic reproduction number for the reduced system isintroducedby the next generation matrix approach.With the help of the basic reproduction number and monotone iterative dynamic system theory,we analyze the dynamic behavior of the system.The theoretical results show that the higher the vertical transmission rate,the greater the risk of disease transmission.
