摘要
目的:了解神经外科重症监护病区(NSICU)氟康唑用药频度(DDDs)对抗菌药物使用强度(AUD)的影响,为降低AUD提供参考。方法:调取2018年8月~2019年10月每月NSICU的氟康唑DDDs及所有AUD使用数据。设氟康唑DDDs为自变量,AUD为因变量,采用线性和对数回归法及Pearson相关系数法分别进行两变量趋势及其相关性分析。结果:临床加强氟康唑药物合理使用后,氟康唑DDDs和AUD均呈下降趋势(P<0.05),氟康唑DDDs与AUD呈显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:氟康唑DDDs可能是影响AUD的因素之一,临床注意氟康唑合理使用,可能会降低AUD。
Objective:To investigate the effects of defined daily doses(DDDs)of fluconazole on antibiotics use density(AUD)in neurosurgical intensive care unit(NSICU)in order to provide references for reducing the AUD.Methods:The data of AUD and DDDs of fluconazole in NSICU from August 2018 to October 2019 were collected.We considered the DDDs of fluconazole as an independent variable while AUD as a dependent variable.The trend and correlation were analyzed using the linear and logarithmic regression method and Pearson correlation coefficient method.Results:After the rational use of fluconazole was strengthened clinically,the AUD and the DDDs of fluconazole showed a downward trend(P<0.05).The correlation between fluconazole DDDs and AUD was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The DDDs of fluconazole is the possible factor that affecting AUD.Clinical attention to the rational use of fluconazole may reduce the AUD.
