基于劳动力外流与耕地流转的农村地区划分探讨——大连瓦房店案例

Analysis on the Division of Rural Areas Based on Rural Labor Outflow and Arable Land Transfer:A Case Study on Wafangdian in Dalian City

耕地流转与劳动力外流是农村发展的重要考量因素,本文以大连瓦房店市为案例进行研究,以乡镇为单元,按劳动力外流相对强度与耕地流转相对强度的组合关系划分村庄类型。结果显示,同类型村庄在地域上集中,形成以中心城区为核心的圈层分布,中心城区周边地区第一圈层呈劳动力外流相对强度“+”、耕地流转相对强度“−”的Ⅳ型地区;第二圈层为劳动力外流相对强度“+”,耕地流转相对强度“+”的Ⅰ型地区及人口外流相对强度“−”、耕地流转相对强度“-”的Ⅲ型地区,人口外流相对强度“−”、耕地流转相对强度“+”的Ⅱ型地区作为特殊情况零散分布于第二圈层内。研究为农村地区发展类型划分提供一种视角和方法。

Rural labor outflow and arable land transfer are key factors in relation to rural development.Selecting Wafangdian of Dalian City for case study,authors divided villages into different rural area types in accordance with the combination of relative intensity of labor outflow and arable land transfer.The results show that the same type of village is geographically concentrated,forming a layer structure centered on the central city:the first layer in the surrounding area of the central city is type IV area(the combination of the positive relative intensity of labor outflow and the negative relative intensity of arable land transfer);the second layer is composed of type I region(the combination of the positive relative intensity of labor outflow and the positive relative intensity of arable land transfer)and type IV region(the combination of negative relative intensity of labor outflow and the negative relative intensity of arable land transfer).Type II region(the combination of the negative relative intensity of labor outflow and the positive relative intensity of arable land transfer)are scattered in the second layer.This study provides a new perspective and a new method for the division of rural area development types.
