武汉市北湖流域水环境综合治理规划探讨

Yangtze River Protection Series:Discussion on the comprehensive water environment management plan of Beihu lake basin in Wuhan

本文立足武汉市北湖流域基础设施和水环境现状,按照控源截污、提质增效、扩容提载、优化管理的总体思路,提出了水环境、水安全、水生态、水管理等方面的控制指标,以流域限制排污总量方案和水质达标为目标导向,科学谋划近远期治理工程,达到北湖水环境规划目标。

Based on the current situation of infrastructure and water environment in Beihu lake basin,this paper puts forward the control indexes of water environment,water security,water ecology,water management,etc.according to the general idea of controlling source and intercepting pollution,improving quality and efficiency,expanding capacity and carrying capacity,and optimizing management.Taking the scheme of limiting total discharge in the basin and reaching the standard of water quality as the goal,it plans the near and long-term treatment projects scientifically and achieves the water environment planning goals of Beihu lake.
