摘要
针对不规则平面边界约束喷涂的涂膜均匀性优化问题,提出了一种考虑喷涂倾角的多变量喷涂参数优化方法。基于建立的考虑喷枪喷涂高度和喷涂倾角为变量的静态喷涂模型,采用积分法建立喷枪沿圆弧轨迹动态喷涂的涂膜厚度分布模型,通过分析喷涂轨迹测地曲率引起涂膜分布不均匀的原因,给出涂膜均匀性的变倾角修正方法,最后建立考虑喷涂倾角的多变量喷涂参数优化模型改善边界约束喷涂后的涂膜均匀性,并采用模式搜索法进行求解。以某汽车引擎盖为例,通过在Robotstudio中和MATLAB中做仿真验证所提优化方法的有效性和可行性。
Aiming at the problem of the uniformity optimization of coating film for irregular plane when boundary-constrained spraying, a multi-variable spraying parameter optimization method considering spraying inclination was proposed. Based on the established static spray model in which taking the height and inclination of the spray gun as variables, the integral method is used to establish a coating film thickness distribution model of dynamic spraying of the spray gun along the arc trajectory. Based on the cause analysis of the uneven distribution of the coating film caused by the geodesic curvature of the spray trajectory, a varying inclination correction method for coating uniformity is given. Finally, a multi-variable spray parameter optimization model considering the spray inclination was established to improve the uniformity of the coating film after boundary constraint spraying,and it was solved by pattern search method. Taking a car hood as an example, the validity and feasibility of the proposed multivariable spraying parameter optimization method is verified by simulation in Robotstudio and MATLAB.
