摘要
柔性网膜由柔性薄膜和凯夫拉绳编织而成,对其展开过程进行研究。首先,通过理论分析,建立柔性网膜的数值模型。其次,基于柔性网膜的仿真模型,得到数值模型位移系数和飞行距离系数。最后,由单因素敏感性分析法研究特征因素对数值模型的影响,得到了柔性网膜展开规律。利用仿真结果对数值模型计算结果进行验证,结果吻合较好,相对误差小于15%。数值模型结果表明,随着发射速度和螺旋角的增加,展开面积和最大展开面积增加;随着发射速度的增加,飞行距离增加,最大展开面积对应的飞行距离增加,螺旋角对飞行距离影响较小;发射速度越大、螺旋角越大,柔性网膜展开越快。
Flexible omentum is woven by membrane and Kevlar rope,and its deployment process was investigated in this study.Firstly,the numerical model of flexible omentum was established by theoretical analysis.Secondly,based on the simulation model of flexible omentum,the displacement coefficient and flight distance coefficient of the numerical model were obtained.Finally,the influence of characteristic factors on the numerical model was studied by single factor sensitivity analysis,and the deployment rule of flexible omentum was obtained.The simulation results are used to verify the numerical results.The two results are in good agreement and the relative error is less than 15%.The results of numerical model show that with the increase of launch speed and helix angle,the deployed area and the maximum deployed area increase;with the increase of launch speed,the flight distance increases,and the corresponding flight distance of the maximum deployed area increases.The helix angle has little influence on the flight distance;the larger the launch speed and helix angle,the faster the deployment of flexible omentum.
