摘要
随着用户用能需求的多元化发展,传统电力企业逐步向综合能源供应商转变,投资方向也由传统的电力投资向综合能源投资过渡。提出了一种面向综合能源系统的投资评价方法。该评价方法以影子价格理论为基础,依据底层指标的约束条件构建目标层指标的拉格朗日函数,优化得到底层指标的最优解和影子价格,经过标准化处理和组合赋权,形成对目标层指标的初级评价;依据目标层指标在综合评价过程中的重要程度对目标层指标赋权,从供电投资效益和供热投资效益2个方面对综合能源网络的投资进行综合评价。最后通过算例分析,验证了该评价方法的有效性和可行性。
With the diversified development of users’energy demand,traditional power enterprises are gradually transforming to integrated energy suppliers,and the direction of investment is also changing from traditional power investment to integrated energy investment.An investment evaluation method considering integrated energy system is proposed.Based on the shadow price theory,the Lagrange function of target-level indicators is constructed according to the constraints of the underlying indicators,and the optimal solution and shadow price of the underlying indicators are optimized.After standardization and combination,the primary evaluation of target-level indicators is formed.The target-level indicators are weighted according to the importance of the target-level indicators in the comprehensive evaluation process.The investment of integrated energy network is evaluated comprehensively from two aspects:the investment benefit of power supply and heat supply.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the evaluation method are verified by an example analysis.
