偏远山区电力普遍服务微网优化模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 我国偏远山区电力普遍服务当前主要采用主网延伸策略,鲜有在成本量化与管控上具备优势的离网型微网解决方案。为讨论微网实施方案的优选问题,提出以交叉补贴和可靠性损失作为离网型微网优化目标,设计村级微网和区域微网2层,通过求解MILP问题优化配置微网电源、网络拓扑、设备型号等。1个含5村庄的算例表明,区域微网可以作为偏远山区供电优选方案,为电力普遍服务的实施提供参考。 At present,the electric universal service in remote mountainous areas in China mainly adopts the main network extension strategy and lacks distributed micro-grid solutions,while the microgrid has advantages in cost quantification and cost control.In order to discuss the optimization of electric universal service path,cross-subsidization and reliability loss are proposed as the off-grid micro-network optimization target,two layers of village-level micro-grid and regional-level micro-grid are designed,the configuration,network topology,device model of micro-grid are optimized by solving MILP problem.The example with 5 villages shows that the construction of a regional level micro-grid is the preferred solution,which provides a feasibility reference for the electric universal service project.
