改性驼毛/罗布麻/棉混纺纱的开发及其性能分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高骆驼毛在纺织业上的利用价值,采用过氧化氢(H2O2)化学氧化法对驼毛进行改性,通过测定改性后驼毛纤维的细度、卷曲、色度参数及力学性能,得出最佳改性工艺。为验证改性驼毛的可纺性,与罗布麻、棉进行混纺,并分析改性驼毛/罗布麻/棉混纺比对纱线性能的影响。结果表明:在H2O2用量20%(owf),NaOH质量浓度1.5 g/L,时间1.5 h,温度65℃处理条件下,驼毛细度降低2.22μm,卷曲增加0.7个/(25 mm),白度提高29.4%,纤维静摩擦因数从0.211提高到0.246,此时驼毛改性效果最佳;当改性驼毛/罗布麻/棉的混纺比为25/25/50,线密度为47.7 tex时,纱线断裂强力为246.43 cN,断裂伸长率为1.38%,可用于开发具有优良服用性能的织物。 In order to improve the spinning performance of coarser camel hair,hydrogen peroxide treatment were employed on camel fiber.The fineness,crimpness,color parameters and mechanical properties of treated fibers were analyzed.On the basis of the analysis,optimal chemical modification parameters are as follow:hydrogen peroxide concentration 20%(owf),temperature 60℃,sodium hydroxide concentration 1.5 g/L and the treated time 90min.Based on the parameters,the diameter of camel hair decreased by 2.22 ms,the crimp increased by 0.7/(25 mm),the whiteness increased by 29.4%,and the static friction coefficient increased by 0.266 from 0.211.Then,to verify the spinnability of modified camel hair,apocynum/cotton/treated fibre blended yarns with different blending ratios were produced and their basic properties were studied.The results indicate that the modified camel hair/apocynum/cotton(25∶25∶50)fibre blended yarn would be preferably suitable for developing fabric,and the yarn density is 47.7 tex,breaking strength is 246.43 cN,tensile strain is 1.38%.
