槟榔色素对棉/苎麻织物的染色性能 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究槟榔色素在棉/苎麻织物染色中的应用,提取槟榔色素并对棉/苎麻织物进行染色。选取酸性乙醇作为提取液,料液比、提取温度及提取时间作为影响因子设计正交试验,得到槟榔色素提取的较优工艺为:料液比1∶20,70℃下提取120 min,棉/苎麻织物直接上染槟榔色素的K/S值和色牢度相对较低。分别用硫酸铝钾、硫酸亚铁和硫酸铜进行预媒染色,形成的"纤维素纤维-金属媒染剂-槟榔色素"络合物可明显提升染色效果,织物抑菌、抗氧化及防紫外线性能均得到提高。以硫酸亚铁作为媒染剂,棉/苎麻织物的染色性能,抑菌、抗氧化及防紫外线效果较好。 In order to study the application of areca pigment in the design of cotton/ramie fabric,acid ethanol was used as the extracting solution,with the ratio of material to liquid,extraction temperature and extraction time as the factors,and the orthogonal experiment was designed to obtain the better extraction process of areca pigment:the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶20,and the extraction time was 120 min at 70℃.The K/S and fastness of areca pigment directly applied to cotton/ramie fabric are relatively low.The complexity of"cellulose fiber-metal mordant-areca pigment"formed by primordial dyeing with aluminum potassium sulfate,ferrous sulfate and copper sulfate can significantly improve the dyeing effect,the antibacterial,antioxidant and anti-ultraviolet ability are also improved.In particular,with ferrous sulfate as mordant,the better dyeing process and functional performance can be achieved for areca pigment dyed on cotton/ramie fabrics.
