磷系无甲醛阻燃整理剂对棉织物阻燃效果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了给磷系无甲醛阻燃剂在棉织物整理的工业生产和实验提供数据支持,用磷系无甲醛阻燃剂OP-MDPA对棉织物进行整理,并与其他的棉织物阻燃整理方法进行对比,得到最优整理工艺。采用无甲醛阻燃剂OP-MDPA和无醛交联剂GF-415按一定质量比配制成新的试剂对棉织物进行阻燃整理,研究阻燃剂质量浓度、处理温度、交联剂质量浓度对织物性能的影响。结果表明:阻燃剂OP-MDPA质量浓度500 g/L、无醛交联剂GF-415质量浓度50 g/L、焙烘温度185℃、pH值5~6时,阻燃效果最为理想。 In order to provide data support for the industrial production and further experiment of phosphorus formaldehyde-free flame retardant in cotton fabric finishing,the best process conditions of cotton fabric under the action of phosphorus formaldehyde-free flame retardant was studied.First,the phosphorus formaldehyde free flame retardant OP-MDPA was used to treat the cotton fabric,and then compared with the previous flame retardant research methods to achieve the optimum finishing process.A new agent with formaldehyde-free flame retardant OP-MDPA and formaldehyde free cross-linking agent GF-415 was prepared with a certain proportion and used for cotton fabric treatment,the dose of flame retardant,the temperature and the dose of cross-linking agent on fabric performance were studied.The results show that the change of breaking strength and yellowness of the fabric before and after finishing with formaldehyde free flame retardant OP-MDPA is small,the optimum flame retardant effect can be achieved when the dosage of durable flame retardant OP-MDPA is 500 g/L,the dosage of formaldehyde free crosslinker GF-415 is 50 g/L,the baking temperature is 185℃,pH value 5-6,the effect is the best.
