摘要
采用硬度、电导率、拉伸性能等测试手段和透射观察方法研究了7×××系合金在120℃的单级时效处理时保温不同时间下的显微组织和力学性能的变化规律。实验结果表明,随着保温时间的延长,合金的抗拉强度变化很小,屈服强度先升高然后保持在一个平台上,延伸率基本保持在10%以上;基体析出相和晶界析出相的尺寸增大,无沉淀析出带变宽。随着时效时间的延长,基体中的析出相沿着GP区+η’相→η’相→η’相+η相的路径演变。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of a 7×××aluminum alloy treated by a single stage aging treatment at 120℃with various times are investigated with observation method of transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and testing methods of hardness,conductivity and tensile property.Experimental results show that with the increase of preservation time,ultimate tensile strength has little changes,yield strength increase firstly and then preserves a platform and elongation basically beyond 10%.The size of matrix precipitate and grain boundary precipitate enlarges and precipitate free zone broadens.With the increase of aging time,the phases in the matrix evolve from GP zone+η'phase toη'phase toη'phase+ηphase.
