摘要
2A12铝合金属于Al-Cu-Mg系硬铝合金,由于其具有较高的强度、较好的抗疲劳性能和良好的加工性能等被广泛应用于各类高强度结构件中。采用不同Cu含量的2A12铝合金铸锭,分别热轧至5.0 mm和冷轧至2.0 mm,通过相同的退火和淬火时效后,分别进行O态和T42态的金相组织和力学性能研究,为用户在不同使用条件下对2A12选材中Cu含量的控制提供有效依据。
2A12 aluminum alloy belongs to Al-Cu-Mg series of hard aluminum alloy,due to its high strength,good fatigue resis⁃tance and good processing performance,it is widely used in all kinds of high-strength structural parts.By using 2A12 aluminum alloy ingot with different Cu content,hot rolling to 5.0mm and cold rolling to 2.0mm respectively,the micostructure and mechanical properties of O temper and T42 temper were studied respectively after the same annealing and quenching aging,which provided an effective basis for the control of Cu content of 2A12 material under different use conditions in customer.
