摘要
采用透射电子显微镜、拉伸试验等分析检测手段研究了用喷射成形2195铝锂合金铸锭挤压型材的预拉伸变形工艺和热处理工艺。结果表明,当预拉伸变形达到3%时,工艺能够满足型材力学性能的要求,型材的时效主要析出强化相为T1相、δ′相和θ′相。
The prestretching deformation process and the heat treatment technology of the spray-formed profile of 2195 Al-Li alloy ingot were studied by transmission electron microscope and tensile test.The results show that mechanical properties of the profile are greatly affected by the process of prestretching deformation.When prestretching deformation reaches 3%,mechanical properties can meet the requirements of the target value.The strengthening phases precipitated in the aging process are mainly T1 phase,δ′phase andθ′phase.
