摘要
通过正交试验分析不同的热处理制度对7075铝合金力学性能及电导率的影响规律,解决了7075铝合金热处理后力学性能与电导率难以同时满足标准的问题。研究结果表明,二次固溶时间对7075合金的电导率影响最大。在满足标准的前提下,最佳处理工艺为:预应变1%+二次固溶462℃×150 min+双级时效(105℃×8 h+175℃×10 h),此时屈服强度为488MPa,抗拉强度为552 MPa,伸长率为16.5%,电导率为39.5%IACS。
The influence of different heat treatment systems on the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of 7075 aluminum alloy was analyzed by orthogonal test,so as to solve the problem that the mechanical properties and conductivity can not simultaneous⁃ly meet the standard.The results show that the secondary solution time has the greatest influence on the conductivity of 7075 alloy.Under the premise of meeting the standard,the optimum treatment process is pre-strain 1%+secondary solution 462℃×150min+dou⁃ble aging(105℃×8h+175℃×10h).And this time,yield strength is 488MPa,tensile strength is 552MPa,elongation is 16.5%,and elec⁃trical conductivity is 39.5%IACS.
