摘要
为了保证3104铝合金液晶背板产品质量,满足长途海运及客户需求,从3104液晶背板材料的生产工艺流程入手,对材料进行显微金相分析、扫描电镜分析以及X射线衍射分析(XRD),对产品表面白斑点问题进行了深入研究。通过优化3104铝合金铸锭铣面量、均热工艺以及化学成分等对策,解决了3104液晶背板材料表面白斑点缺陷问题。
To ensure the quality of 3104 aluminum alloy liquid crystal backplane and to meet the needs of long-distance ocean ship⁃ping and customer demand,microstructure of the materials,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction are analyzed from the production process of 3104 liquid crystal backplane materials,and the problems of white spot on product surface are intensively studied.The countermeasures to“white oxidation spot”defect on 3104 liquid crystal backplane are to improve milling surface quan⁃tity,ingot-casted soaking process and chemical composition of 3104 aluminum alloy for the company.
