RFID技术在铁路车站客服设备运维管理中的应用
摘要
分析铁路车站客服设备运维管理现状,从生产需求出发,提出将射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)应用于铁路车站客服设备管理的基本技术路线,同时对技术应用中面临的主要困难进行了讨论和分析,为进一步提高铁路运输企业对车站客服设备运维管理水平提供了新思路。
