顺腋皱襞小切口腋臭根治术切口间断缝合与连续缝合临床效果比较

Comparison of the clinical effect of interrupted and continuous incisions in smallincision parallel to axillary folds operation of axillary osmidrosis

目的比较顺腋皱襞小切口腋臭根治术切口间断缝合与连续缝合的临床效果。方法从2017年6月至2019年2月期间70例(140侧)接受顺腋皱襞小切口腋臭根治术的患者,根据术中手术切口缝合方式分为研究组(70例患者的左侧切口,采取间断缝合)、对照组(70例患者的右侧切口,采取连续缝合),比较2种缝合方法操作时间、近期常见并发症发生率、术后第6月切口温哥华疤痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评分有无差异。结果研究组(间断缝合)平均缝合时间为2.96±0.23min,大于对照组(连续缝合)的1.73±0.17min,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组近期常见并发症发生率、术后第6月时切口温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分相近,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论顺腋皱襞小切口腋臭根治术中连续缝合操作时间小于间断缝合,术后效果与间断缝合相当,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To Compare the clinical effect of interrupted and continuous incisions in small incision parallel to axillary folds operation of axillary osmidrosis.Methods From June 2017 to February 2019,70 patients(140 sides)of axillary osmidrosis have been treated with small incision parallel to axillary folds operation,they were divided intotwo 2 groups.The incisionswere sutured interruptly in the research group(all patients,left surgical incisions),while they were sutured continuously in the control group(all patients,right surgical incisions).The time of the 2 diffrent suturring methods were compared,and the patients were followed up for 6 months to observe recently common complications ratio and the score of Vancouver scar scale(VSS)at the 6th months post operation.Results The average suturring time of the observation group(interruptly suturring)was 2.96±0.23min,which was greater than that of the control group(continuous suturring)(1.73±0.17min),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of recently common complications and the score of vancouver scar scale(VSS)at the 6th month after surgery were similar between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The operation time of continuous suturring is less than that of interruptly suturring,while their postoperative effect is equal,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
