纳米脂肪移植对下眼睑混合型黑眼圈患者下眼睑区域皮肤L*a*b*值的影响

目的探讨纳米脂肪移植对下眼睑混合型黑眼圈患者下眼睑区域皮肤L*a*b*值的影响。方法选择2015年5月至2019年5月我院收治的下眼睑混合型黑眼圈患者92例,均为女性。采用吸脂术获取大腿或腹部脂肪,于下眼睑黑眼圈区注射经处理后获取的脂肪乳液,使该处皮肤变为淡黄色停止注射。观察患者1次注射后总体满意度及并发症情况,比较患者术前及术后6个月下眼睑区域皮肤的L*a*b值。结果患者经1次注射后总满意率为81.52%(75/92),所有患者术后6个月黑眼圈色泽明显改善,3例患者术后1-1.5个月出现色素沉着(下眼睑缘),术后5-6个月自行消失;2例患者术后0.5-2个月内出现小脂肪结节,术后3-4个月自行消失,并发症发生率为5.43%(5/92);术后6个月下眼睑区域皮肤L*值为(47.96±6.37),较术前(47.96±6.37)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);a*值术前为(14.73±3.24),术后为(14.65±3.17),b*值术前为(19.46±4.33),术后为(19.79±4.38),术前与术后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纳米脂肪移植治疗下眼睑混合型黑眼圈的效果满意,可明显改善下眼睑黑眼圈皮肤颜色。

Objective To investigate the effect of nanofat transplantation on the skin L*a*b*value of lower eyelid region in patients with mixed black circles of lower eyelid.Methods from May 2015 to may 2019,92 patients with mixed black circles of the lower eyelid,all female,were selected.Liposuction of the thigh or abdomen was done by liposuction,and the fat emulsion obtained after treatment was injected into the lower eyelid area of the lower eyelid.Observe the overall satisfaction and complications of the patients after 1 injection,and compare the L*a*b value of the skin in the lower eyelid area before and 6 months after the operation.Result The total satisfaction rate of the patients was 81.52%(75/92)after one injection.The color of black circles in all patients improved significantly 6 months after operation.Pigmentation(lower eyelid margin)appeared in 3 patients 1-1.5 months after operation and disappeared 5-6 months after operation.Small fat nodules appeared in 2 patients 0.5-2 months after operation and disappeared 3-4 months after operation.The incidence of complications was 5.43%(5/92)The L*value of eyelid area was(47.96±6.37),significantly higher than that before operation(47.96±6.37),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the a*value was(14.73±3.24),the postoperative value was(14.65±3.17),the B*value was(19.46±4.33),the postoperative value was(19.79±4.38),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of nanofat transplantation in the treatment of mixed black circles of lower eyelid is satisfactory,and it can obviously improve the skin color of black circles of lower eyelid.
