拜瑞格皮肤屏障修复剂对面部敏感性皮肤的改善作用及对皮肤屏障的修复作用

Efficacy and tolerance of BioRegen skin barrier repair agent in the treatment of facial sensitive skin and the improvement of facial skin barrier

目的评价拜瑞格皮肤屏障修复剂治疗面部敏感性皮肤的疗效及耐受性。方法对32例患有面部敏感性皮肤的受试者,使用拜瑞格皮肤屏障修复剂治疗。在治疗前、治疗7天、14天及28天采用包含5项主观症状(刺痛、烧灼感、紧绷感、瘙痒、阵发性红斑)的敏感指数评估标尺评估主观症状的改善程度。同时,对面部角质层含水量、经表皮失水率(TEWL)进行检测。在观察结束时评估患者对产品的耐受性。结果治疗7、24、28天后与治疗前相比受试者各项主观症状评分明显降低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗14天与治疗7天相比受试者各项主观症状评分明显降低,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗28天后与治疗14天相比受试者各项主观症状评分降至最低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗7、14、28天后,受试者皮肤角质层含水量有明显升高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。相对应的,治疗7、14、28天后,TEWL值均有显著下降,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论拜瑞格皮肤屏障修复剂治疗面部敏感性皮肤安全有效,同时可修复面部皮肤屏障,耐受性良好。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and tolerance of BioRegen skin barrier repair agent in the treatment of facial sensitive skin,and to evaluate the improvement of facial skin barrier.Methods Thirty-two subjects with facial sensitive skin were treated with Bayreg skin barrier repair agent.Before treatment,7,14,and 28 days after treatment,sensitivity index scales containing 5 subjective symptoms(stingling,burning,tightness,pruritus,and paroxysmal erythema)were used to evaluate the improvement of subjective symptoms.At the same time,stratum corneum hydration and transepidermal water loss(TEWL)were measured.The patient's tolerance to the product is assessed at the end of the observation.Results After 7,24 and 28 days of treatment,the subjective symptom scores of the subjects were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with 7 days after treatment,the scores of subjective symptoms in 14 days after treatment were significantly lower,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).After 28 days of treatment,compared with 14 days of treatment,the subjective symptom scores of the subjects decreased to the lowest,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After 7,14 and 28 days of treatment,the stratum corneum hydration increased significantly(P<0.05).Correspondingly,after 7,14 and 28 days of treatment,the TEWL values were significantly reduced,with statistical difference(P<0.05).100%of the subjects were well tolerated by the product.Conclusion BioRegen skin barrier repair is safe and effective in treating facial sensitive skin.It can also repair facial skin barrier and is well tolerated.
