红蓝光联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗痤疮的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Red and Blue Light Combined with Adapalene Gel on Patients with Acne

目的研究红蓝光联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗痤疮的疗效。方法选择2018年11月-2019年8月我院收治的60例痤疮患者作为研究对象,行双盲法分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=28)。对照组行阿达帕林凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上行红蓝光联合治疗。停止治疗7d后,观察并对比两组患者治疗有效率、皮损数量评分及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组(67.86%)总有效率较观察组(90.63%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组皮损数量评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率(25.00%)较观察组(3.13%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红蓝光联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗痤疮患者的疗效确切,可快速改善面部痤疮程度,且安全性较高。

Objective To study the efficacy of red and blue light combined with adapalene gel on patients with acne.Methods 60 patients with acne treated in our hospital from November 2018 to August 2019 were divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=28)by double-blind method.The control group was treated with adapalene gel,and the observation group was treated with red and blue light on the basis of the control group.After stopping the treatment for 7 days,the effective rate,the score of the number of skin lesions and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the control group(67.86%)was lower than that in the observation group(90.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of skin lesions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group(25.00%)was higher than that in the observation group(3.13%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Red and blue light combined with adapalene gel is effective in the treatment of acne and can quickly improve the degree of facial acne with high safety.
