摘要
疫情防控期在线教学成为支撑高校保障正常教育教学活动的重要方式。为探究在线教学对学生发展的作用机理,对B大学14名师生开展个别深度访谈,通过质性资料分析发现,教学互动、家庭功能和自主动机是影响疫情防控期学生发展(在线学习投入、心理健康等)的重要因素,教学互动与家庭功能均可通过自主动机中介影响学生在线学习投入和心理健康。基于研究发现提出了疫情防控期促进学生在线学习投入和心理健康的相关对策建议。
Online teaching has been becoming an important way to support normal teaching activities in universities during the pandemic period.To explore the influence of online teaching on student development,we conducted in-depth interviews with 14 teachers and students.The results indicated that teaching interaction,family function and autonomous motivation are important factors affecting student development(online learning engagement and psychological health).Moreover,both teaching interaction and family function can promote students'online learning engagement and psychological health through autonomous motivation.Based on the research findings,we provide some suggestions for promoting online learning engagement and psychological health during the pandemic period.
