Spatial Distribution of Higher Education in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area:Framework,Reality and Approach

构建布局结构合理、功能相异互补的粤港澳大湾区高等教育体系可以有力带动三地高等教育沿着"间歇性合作-利益共同体-文化共同体-命运共同体"的理想链条螺旋式上升。从目标、空间、形态三个维度构建具有普适性的高等教育布局结构分析框架并对现实境况进行深究可以发现,大湾区高等教育在整体概观上已经居于先进水平,但是与建设世界范围内具有竞争优势的"高等教育高地"总体目标相比较,依然存在办学规模、层次水平、科类结构、组织形式等尚待优化的系列现实桎梏。实现大湾区高等教育布局结构的高阶演进,需要构建与经济社会相适应的高等教育规模、聚拢支撑一流湾区发展的高水平大学群、围绕产业结构实现学科专业优化升级、面向未来和世界筹谋新型机构和制度,通过实践的持续迭代逐渐总体逼近理想目标。

The construction of the higher education system in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area with reasonable layout and complementary functions can effectively drive the higher education in the three regions to spiral up along the ideal chain of"intermittent cooperation-community of interests-community of culture-community of destiny". From the three dimensions of goal, space and form, this paper constructs a universal analysis framework of higher education layout structure and makes a deep study of the actual situation. It can be found that higher education in Great Bay Area district has been at an advanced level in the overall overview, but compared with the overall goal of building a competitive"higher education highland"in the world, there are still school scale and level, discipline structure, organizational form and other realistic shackles. In order to realize the high-level evolution of the layout structure of higher education in Great Bay Area district, it is necessary to build the scale of higher education suitable for the economic society, gather the high-level university groups supporting the development of the first-class Bay area, realize the optimization and upgrading of disciplines and specialties around the industrial structure, and plan new institutions and systems for the future and the world, and gradually approach the ideal goal through the continuous iteration of practice.
