摘要
5G手机的出现,使得USB3.1的作用尤其突出,基于手机USB3.1应用的FPC产品需要在较高的传输速率下,信号传输需要满足较低的传输损耗。文章主要从叠构设计到过程制作工艺能力管控研究,满足手机USB3.1应用的FPC传输损耗要求。
The emergence of 5G mobile phones makes USB3.1 play a particularly prominent role.FPCB products based on USB3.1 applications of mobile phones need to meet low transmission loss in signal transmission at a higher transmission rate.This paper mainly introduce the signal transmission from the design of superimposed structure to the control of process capacity to meet the FPCB transmission loss requirements of mobile phone USB3.1 applications.
