Study on factors to affect the white solder mask discoloration after LF-HASL

文章以白色阻焊油墨在热风整平后变色问题的改善为研究对象,通过对后烤温度及时间、油墨显影后表面残留物、主剂和固化剂比例、开油水添加量、开油后静置时间等影响因素进行实验与分析,最终获得白色阻焊油墨经过热风整平后变色的改善措施和建议。

This paper aims at analyzing the improvement on white solder mask discoloration after LF-HASL and concluding the solution or suggestion of white solder mask discoloration after LF-HASL by means of potential factors validation including the post-baking temperature and time,solder mask surface residue after developing,proportion of main agent and curing agent,diluent volume,standing time after diluent mixed etc.
