The new enterprise apprenticeship system is a new mode for schools and enterprises to jointly cultivate talents suitable for enterprise development.It is also a key component of China's current vocational education and training system and labor system.By analyzing the implementation background and connotation of the enterprise's new apprenticeship system,the common problems of the school-enterprise cooperation operation system are found,the enterprise's new apprenticeship school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism is established,the learning forms of undertaking,receiving and developing in the traditional apprenticeship system are improved and the development situation of the contemporary vocational education in the field and system is presented.
