“立德树人”视域下高职院校人才培养研究

Research on Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"to Cultivating People by Virtue"

高职院校的人才培养既要符合高等教育中“立德树人”的原则,同时也要突出自身的特点,建立一种独具特色的“立德树人”教育,使高职院校的人才培养模式更具体化和专业化。从高职院校思想政治教育、学生常规管理、学生就业与创业指导、校园文化建设、心理健康教育、党团组织建设等方面,通过不断改革和实践,提出了符合新时期人才培养的理论模式。

The training of talents in higher vocational colleges should not only conform to the principle of"to cultivating people in virtue"in higher education,but also highlight its own characteristics,establish a unique"to cultivating people in virtue"education,so as to make the training mode of talents in higher vocational colleges more specific and professional.From the aspects of ideological and political education,students'routine management,students'employment and entrepreneurship guidance,campus culture construction,mental health education,Party and League organization construction,etc.,and through continuous reform and practice,this paper puts forward the training mode in line with the talent theory in the new era.
