摘要
台湾地区高校的“学生评鉴教师教学”在长期的发展历程中呈现出了从教学满意度评价到教学效能评价、从绩效控制评价到专业发展评价、从简单孤立评价到复杂系统评价、从制式化标准评价到差异化特色评价的演化路径;在当前则表现出了兼顾学习改善与教学发展的设计思路、兼纳教学评价与学习评价的内容构成、兼容系统全面与多元特色的实施方式、兼具及时反馈与持续改进的结果应用等特征。从借鉴台湾高校相关经验的角度出发,大陆高校应优化学生评教的设计思路、完善学生评教的内容与实施,并强化学生评教的后续工作。
The“Student Ratings of Instruction”in universities of Taiwan presents trends which are from teaching satisfaction evaluation to teaching effectiveness evaluation,from simple isolated evaluation to complex systematic evaluation,from accountability control evaluation to professional development evaluation in the long-term evolution.Currently,the“Student Ratings of Instruction”in universities of Taiwan has some contemporary characteristics,such as design ideas that focus on learning improvement and teaching development,content composition that emphasizes teaching evaluation and learning evaluation,implementation approach that is comprehensive and diverse,and results application that emphasizes effects tracking and continuous improvement.From the perspective of learning from the relevant experience of Taiwan universities,universities of China's Mainland should optimize the design ideas of student evaluation,improve the content and implementation of student evaluation,and strengthen the follow-up services of student evaluation.
