摘要
从社会支持、工作负荷、角色冲突、学校激励等方面分析了地方性高职院校教师职业倦怠产生的原因,并从转变观念、建立良好的社会支持系统、建立合理的考核机制、改善工作环境、减少角色冲突、提升职业胜任力、提高自我效能感等方面提出了应对策略,为预防和解除地方性高职院校教师职业倦怠提供帮助。
This paper analyzes the causes of teachers’job burnout in prefecture-level higher vocational colleges from the aspects of social support,workload,role conflicts,school motivation mechanism,and so on,and puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of changing ideas,establishing a good social support system,establishing a reasonable assessment mechanism,improving working environment,reducing role conflicts,improving professional competence and self-efficacy so as to prevent and relieve the teachers’job burnout in prefecture-level higher vocational colleges.
