微信是一种在互联网时代新兴的信息交流媒介。高校体育教师应该充分发挥微信具有的教育功能,积极利用微信公共平台开展体育健美操教学,以激发学生对健美操课程的学习热情,使学生更好掌握健美操运动技巧,理解健美操运动知识,达到素质教育的目标。

WeChat is a new medium of information exchange in the Internet era.Physical education teachers in colleges and universities should give full play to the educational function of WeChat,actively use WeChat public platform to carry out physical aerobics teaching,in order to stimulate students’enthusiasm for aerobics courses,make students better master aerobics sports skills,understand aerobics sports knowledge,and achieve the goal of quality education.
