大数据背景下应用型本科院校财务管理专业实践教学改革探究——以运城学院为例

Research on Reform of Practical Teaching of Financial Management in Application-Oriented Universities Under the Background of Big Data——Taking Yuncheng University as an Example

本文以大数据时代为背景,通过分析企业对财务管理专业技术人才需求的新变化,从现有财务管理专业实践教学中存在的问题出发,深入探讨大数据背景下财务管理实践教学体系的设置,并从创设校内实验实训环境、加强专业实践教师队伍的建设、培养学生数据敏感度等方面提出了优化财务管理实践教学体系的建议。

Based on the era of big data,this paper analyzes the new changes of the needs and demands of enterprise to the financial management professional talents,starting from the existing problems in the practical teaching of financial management,it probes into the setting of the practical teaching system of financial management under the background of big data,and puts forward some suggestions from creating an experimental training environment in school,strengthening the construction of professional practice teachers,and training students'data sensitivity to optimize the practical teaching system of financial management.
