本文旨在研究妈祖文化自19世纪50年代以来在澳大利亚的传播和发展。妈祖文化作为中国传统文化的重要组成部分,从发源地莆田湄洲沿着海上丝绸之路传遍世界各地。澳大利亚是一个位于亚太地区秉承传统欧洲文化的国家,其妈祖文化的传播和发展引人注目。本文从文献资料检索、媒体报道搜索和创建组织妈祖文化协会的实践中发现,妈祖民俗信仰在华人华侨社区和当地多元文化活动中得到了很好的传承和传播。本文介绍了位于圣诞岛、布里斯班、悉尼和墨尔本的6座妈祖庙宇;探讨了不同历史时期妈祖信仰传承的主要力量和华人移民的关系、妈祖文化和当地其他文化的融合,以及在多元文化社会中的传承和发展,以期为妈祖文化在海外的传播和"一带一路"建设提供有效借鉴。

The paper aims to study the spread and development of Mazu culture in Australia since the 1850s.Mazu culture,as an important part of Chinese traditional culture,spreads all over the world from the birthplace of Putian Meizhou along the Maritime Silk Road.Australia is a country located in the Asia-Pacific region that inherits traditional European culture.The spread and development of its Mazu culture is remarkable.From the practice of literature retrieval,media report search and founding of the Mazu Cultural Association,it is found that the Mazu folk beliefs have been well inherited and spread in the Chinese and overseas Chinese communities and local multicultural activities.The paper introduces six Mazu temples located in Christmas Island,Brisbane,Sydney and Melbourne;it discusses the relationship between the main forces of Mazu belief inheritance and Chinese immigrants in different historical periods,the integration of Mazu culture and other local cultures,and multiculturalism inheritance and development in society,with a view to provide an effective reference for the spread of Mazu culture overseas and the construction of the"Belt and Road".
