摘要
研究目的:通过对女性羽毛球、乒乓球运动员和普通大学生脊柱形态的测量,分析羽毛球、乒乓球运动对脊柱形态的影响,为教练员和运动员,及时调整脊柱姿势提供理论依据。研究方法:利用DIERS三维脊柱及身体姿势测评系统分别从矢状面、冠状面、水平面,对江苏省运动队羽毛球、乒乓球女运动员和南京体育学院普通女大学生进行脊柱姿势测量,将测量结果进行比较分析。研究结果:羽毛球、乒乓球运动会使运动员的骨盆扭转角度和旋转角度增大腰曲角度变小,胸曲角度、倾斜角、躯干倾斜角度呈变大趋势;长期系统的、单一的乒乓球训练,女性运动员的胸曲角度增加值大于单一的羽毛球运动,而乒乓球运动员的骶骨倾角、椎体旋转角度减小,躯干倾斜角度、躯干倾斜距离和骨盆扭转角度增大。研究结论:长期的羽毛球、乒乓球运动对胸曲角度、腰曲角度、倾斜角、骨盆扭转角度增大;长期的乒乓球运动会使躯干倾斜角度、躯干倾斜距离增加。
Research objective:through the measurement of female badminton,table tennis players and ordinary college students,the influence of badminton and table tennis on the spine shape was analyzed,so as to provide theoretical basis for coaches and athletes to adjust the spine posture in time.Methods:using the DIERS three-dimensional spine and body posture measurement system,female athletes of badminton and table tennis teams in jiangsu province and female college students of nanjing university of physical education were measured in sagittal plane,coronal plane and horizontal plane respectively,and the measured results were compared and analyzed.Results:badminton and table tennis games make the pelvic torsion Angle and rotation Angle increase and waist curve Angle decrease,while chest curve Angle,inclination Angle and trunk tilt Angle increase.After long-term systematic and single table tennis training,the increase value of thoracic curve Angle of female athletes is greater than that of badminton,while the sacral inclination Angle and vertebral rotation Angle of table tennis players decrease,and the trunk tilt Angle,trunk tilt distance and pelvic torsion Angle increase.Conclusion:long-term badminton and table tennis increase the Angle of chest curve,waist curve,inclination Angle and pelvic torsion Angle;Long-term table tennis games will increase the trunk tilt Angle,trunk tilt distance.
