瑜伽运动处方改善青年女性失眠的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:讨论瑜伽运动处方对青年女性失眠的影响效果。方法:随机选取40名失眠的青年女性作为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组,每组20人,实验组按照瑜伽运动处方进行练习,每星期4次,每次45min,练习时间为8周。对照组进行散步、慢跑练习。以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)为指标,在实验前后对研究对象进行问卷调查。结果如下:(1)实验组与对照组干预前后对比:经过8周瑜伽练习,总分、睡眠质量、睡眠时间、催眠药物、日间功能障碍5项指标具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),入睡时间具有显著差异(P<0.05),睡眠效率、睡眠障碍2项指标无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)对照组干预前后自身对比:日间功能障碍与睡眠效率2项指标具有显著差异(P<0.05),睡眠障碍具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);(3)实验组干预前后自身对比:睡眠效率与催眠药物2项指标并无显著差异(P>0.05),总分、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍6项指标有非常显著性差异(p<0.01)。说明瑜伽运动处方能够改善青年女性的失眠问题。为此,建议:加大瑜伽运动处方在青年女性失眠群体中的研究和推广。 Objective:To discuss the effect of yoga exercise prescription on insomnia in young women.Methods:A total of 40 young women with insomnia were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 people in each group.The experimental group practiced according to the yoga exercise prescription,4 times a week,45 minutes each time,and the practice time was 8 week.The control group was walking and jogging.Using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)as an indicator,the subjects were surveyed before and after the experiment.The results are as follows:(1)Comparison between the experimental group and the control group before and after intervention:After 8 weeks of yoga practice,the total score,sleep quality,sleep time,hypnotic drugs,and daytime dysfunction were significantly different(P<0.01),sleep time There were significant differences(P<0.05),and there were no statistically significant differences in sleep efficiency and sleep disturbance(P>0.05).(2)Self-contrast before and after intervention in the control group:There were significant differences between the two indicators of daytime dysfunction and sleep efficiency(P<0.05),and the sleep disorder was very significant(P<0.01).(3)Self-contrast before and after intervention in the experimental group:There was no significant difference between sleep efficiency and hypnotic drugs(P>0.05),total score,sleep time,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep disturbance,and daytime dysfunction.There was a very significant difference(p<0.01).Explain that yoga exercise prescriptions can improve the insomnia of young women.To this end,it is recommended to increase the research and promotion of yoga exercise prescriptions in young women's insomnia groups.
