摘要
本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在厘清我国农村小学全科教师(以下简称“全科教师”)内涵的基础上,从体质健康、体育理论、体育技能、体育意识以及体育道德方面阐述全科教师体育素养的培养内容;从体育课程分配、课程开发、教育实习和职前教育等方面阐述全科师范生的体育素养培养路径。旨在提升未来我国基础教育教师专业发展水平,解决我国农村小学师资结构性缺编问题。
This paper USES the method of literature,logical analysis and other research methods to clarify the connotation of rural primary school general teachers(hereinafter referred to as“general teachers”),from the physical health,sports theory,sports skills,sports awareness and sports ethics of general teachers sports literacy training content;From the physical education curriculum allocation,curriculum development,education practice and pre-service education and other aspects of the general normal university students'physical literacy training path.The aim is to improve the professional development level of basic education teachers in China in the future and solve the problem of structural shortage of primary school teachers,especially physical education teachers.
