半日门诊管理对妊娠期糖尿病患者的影响

Effect of half-day outpatient management on patients with gestational diabetes

目的探讨半日门诊管理对妊娠期糖尿病患者的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月我院收治的120例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照简单随机化法分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组采用门诊营养咨询方法,观察组采用半日门诊管理方法。比较两组管理后血糖水平、相关知识掌握度及母婴结局的情况。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组妊娠期糖尿病概念、合理饮食、合理运动及血糖监测的重要性等相关知识掌握度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产、早产及新生儿低血糖发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组巨大儿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者运用半日门诊管理可有效控制其血糖水平,提高患者对疾病相关知识的认识,减少异常母婴结局的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of half-day outpatient management on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)according to the simple randomization method.The control group adopted the outpatient nutrition consultation method,and the observation group adopted the half-day outpatient management method.The blood glucose levels,related knowledge mastery,maternal and child outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the knowledge of the concept of gestational diabetes mellitus,reasonable diet,reasonable exercise,and the importance of blood glucose monitoring in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of cesarean section,preterm birth,and neonatal hypoglycemia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of macrosomia between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of half-day outpatient management for gestational diabetes mellitus patients can effectively control their blood glucose levels,improve their knowledge of disease-related knowledge,and reduce the occurrence of abnormal maternal and child outcomes.
