黄体酮胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗闭经与无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的效果

Effect of Progesterone Capsules combined with Estradiol Valerate on amenorrhea and anovulatory dysfunction uterine bleeding

目的探讨黄体酮胶囊联合戊酸雌二醇治疗闭经与无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年3月我院收治的60例闭经与无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者,按随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组各30例。对照组采用醋酸甲羟孕酮片和戊酸雌二醇片治疗,观察组采用黄体酮胶囊和戊酸雌二醇片治疗,比较两组治疗前后的月经周期、月经期与子宫内膜厚度的变化情况,观察和计算两组的治疗总有效率,记录两组出现头晕、恶心、嗜睡等不良反应。结果两组治疗后的月经周期短于治疗前,月经期短于治疗前,子宫内膜厚度低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的月经周期和月经期、子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(40.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭经和无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者采用戊酸雌二醇片治疗的同时,让患者服用黄体酮胶囊治疗的效果明显,能明显改善患者的月经周期和月经期及子宫内膜厚度,治疗总有效率较高,且不良反应发生率较低,用药安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Progesterone Capsules combined with Estradiol Valerate in the treatment of uterine bleeding caused by dysmenorrhea and anovulatory dysfunction.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,60 patients with uterine bleeding caused by dysmenorrhea and anovulatory dysfunction treated in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets and Estrogen Valerate Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Progesterone Capsules and Estriol Valerate Tablets.The menstrual cycle,menstrual period and intimal thickness of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the total effective rate of the two groups was observed and calculated,the adverse reactions such as dizziness,nausea and lethargy were recorded.Results The menstrual cycle of the two groups after treatment was shorter than that before treatment,the menstrual period was shorter than that before treatment,and the endometrial thickness was lower than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in menstrual cycle,menstrual period and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(10.00%)was lower than that of the control group(40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion While the patients with menstrual closure and anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding are treated with Estridiol Valerate Tablets,the effect of Progesterone Capsules is obvious,which can significantly improve the menstrual cycle,menstrual period and intimal thickness of the patients,the total effective rate is higher,the incidence of adverse reactions is low,and the safety of medication is higher.
