内镜下鼓室成形术在慢性中耳炎患者中的应用

Application of endoscopic tympanoplasty in patients with chronic otitis media

目的探讨内镜下鼓室成形术在慢性中耳炎患者中的应用。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的200例慢性中耳炎患者作为研究对象,按照电脑随机分配方式分为观察组(100例)与对照组(100例),观察组采用内镜下鼓室成形术治疗方法,对照组采用常规治疗方法。比较两组的不良反应总发生率、病灶根除率、听力恢复率、复发率、干耳率。结果观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的病灶根除率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的听力恢复率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的干耳率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下鼓室成形术应用在慢性中耳炎患者治疗过程中,在不良反应发生、病灶根除、听力恢复方面具有显著优势。

Objective To explore the application of endoscopic tympanoplasty in patients with chronic otitis media.Methods A total of 200 patients with chronic otitis media admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group(100 cases)and the control group(100 cases)according to the computer distribution.The observation group was treated with endoscopic tympanoplasty,while the control group was treated with conventional treatment.The total incidence of adverse reactions,lesion eradication rate,hearing recovery rate,recurrence rate and dry ear rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The eradication rate of lesions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hearing recovery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dry ear rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic tympanoplasty has significant advantages in the incidence of adverse reactions,lesion eradication and hearing recovery in the treatment of chronic otitis media.
