专项管理在预防脑卒中患者跌倒中的应用

Application of special management in preventing falls in patients with stroke

目的探讨专项管理在预防脑卒中(CVA)患者跌倒中的应用。方法选取2018年8月~2019年2月我院神经内科收治的126例CVA患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=64)和观察组(n=62)。对照组按照常规进行护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予专项管理。比较两组干预前、出院1及6个月的预防跌倒认知度和跌倒风险,比较两组干预前到出院后6个月总跌倒发生率。结果干预前两组的预防跌倒认知度和跌倒风险比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院1、6个月观察组预防跌倒认知度高于对照组,跌倒风险低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);从实施干预到出院后6个月,观察组跌倒总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专项管理能提高患者预防跌倒认知,降低跌倒风险,减少跌倒发生率。

Objective To investigate the application of special management in preventing falls in patients with stroke(CVA).Methods A total of 126 CVA patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into control group(n=64)and observation group(n=62)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received special management based on the control group.The fall prevention awareness and risk of falls between the two groups before intervention,1 month after discharge,and 6 months after discharge were compared,the total incidence of falls from before intervention to 6 months after discharge between the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the fall prevention awareness and the risk of falls between the two groups of patients before the intervention(P>0.05).At 1 and 6 months after discharge,the fall prevention awareness in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the risk of falls was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of falls from before intervention to 6 months after discharge in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Special management can improve patients′fall prevention awareness,reduce the risk of falls,and reduce the incidence of falls.
