心理护理在甲状腺癌患者中的应用

Application of psychological nursing in patients with thyroid cancer

目的探讨心理护理在甲状腺癌患者中的应用。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月我院收治的60例甲状腺癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组采用心理护理。观察两组护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分,比较两组治疗总依从性及护理总满意度。结果两组护理前焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,研究组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理后治疗综合依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理应用于甲状腺癌患者中,可改善患者焦虑与抑郁情况,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing in patients with thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was implemented routine nursing,and the study group was implemented psychological nursing.The anxiety and depression score of the two groups before and after nursing were observed,total compliance of treatment and the total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group after nursing were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Total compliance of treatment of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction degree of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying psychological nursing to patients with thyroid cancer can improve their anxiety and depression,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
