摘要
目的分析对肺结核合并乙型肝炎患者实施临床护理路径健康教育的效果。方法选取2016年7月~2019年6月我院收治的150例肺结核合并乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=75)和研究组(n=75)。对照组采用常规健康教育,研究组采用临床护理路径健康教育,比较两组的疾病知晓率、用药依从性、护理满意度、负面情绪评分。结果研究组的疾病知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的用药总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预前两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预后研究组焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对肺结核合并乙型肝炎患者实施临床护理路径健康教育,可提高患者对疾病的认识程度,还使患者用药更依从,提高护理满意度,负面情绪得到缓解。
Objective To analyze the application effect of health education on clinical nursing pathway in patients with tuberculosis combined with hepatitis B.Methods From July 2016 to June 2019,150 patients with tuberculosis and hepatitis B who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=75)and study group(n=75)by a random number table method.In the control group,routine health education was used,and in the study group,clinical nursing pathway health education was applied.The disease awareness rate,medication compliance,nursing satisfaction,and negative emotion scores were compared between the two groups.Results The disease awareness rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total medication compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the anxiety score or depression score between the two groups before the nursing intervention(P>0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the study group after the nursing intervention were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with tuberculosis and hepatitis B,application of health education on clinical nursing pathways can improve patient′s awareness of the disease,enhance patients′medication compliance,increase patient′s nursing satisfaction,and improve their negative emotions.
