论公共危机管理专业人才的培养模式

On the CultivationMode of Public Crisis Management Professionals

贯彻习近平总书记提出的“国家总体安全观”,推动我国应急管理事业的发展,亟需建设一批专业化、现代化、全面化和高层次的复合型公共危机管理专业人才,高校对公共危机管理专业人才的培养需加强顶层设计。从系统工程角度进行统筹规划,通过包括构建学科交叉理论培养模式、创建基于典型案例的推演学习方式、建设学术研究活动以及校内培养与实习基地受训相结合的方式,实现人才全方位培养。

In order to carry out the“national overall security concept”put forward by General Secretary XI Jin-ping and promote the development of China’s emergency management,it is urgent to build a group of professional,modern,comprehensive and high-level compound public crisis management professionals,and the training of public crisis management professionals in colleges and universities needs to strengthen the top-level design.Planning generally from the perspective of system engineering,through the construction of interdisciplinary theory training mode,the establishment of deduction learning mode based on typical cases,the construction of academic research activities and the combination of campus training and practice base training,to achieve all-round training of talents.
