摘要
LED芯片结温对其光电性能影响很大,因此需要一种有效的热管理方式。设计一种"针-网"式离子风散热器,通过实验研究了电晕放电产生离子风在LED前照灯冷却中的应用,探讨了热学和光学性能之间的关联机理。结果表明,使用离子风散热技术可以有效降低LED芯片结温,削弱色度坐标的红移,减缓光通量的衰减速度;LED光源的两个重要颜色指标相关色温(CCT)和显色指数(CRI)在离子风作用下均不会有明显变化;当放电功率为2 W时,将获得更加对称和均匀的光分布。验证了离子风散热技术用于大功率LED前照灯散热的可行性。
The junction temperature of LED chip has a great influence on its photoelectric properties.Therefore,an effective thermal management method is needed.A kind of‘needles-to-mesh’ionic wind generator was designed.The application of ionic wind in the cooling of LED lamp was studied by corona discharge.The correlation mechanism between thermal and optical properties was explored.The results indicated that the ionic wind can effectively reduce the chip junction temperature,weaken the red shifting of the chromaticity coordinates and slow down the attenuation speed of the luminous flux;the two important color indexes of the LED light source,CCT and CRI,will not have obvious changes.When the discharge power is 2 W,a more symmetrical and homogeneous light distribution will be obtained.Verified the feasibility of ionic wind cooling technology.
