RNAi是近年来生命科学领域的重大发现,依据RNAi设计的siRNA药物被认为有着巨大的应用前景。国际上siRNA药物的研发炙手可热,国内该领域却几乎还是空白。文章通过对siRNA药物的原理、优缺点、研发现状,以及预计的应用领域进行了全面的调研,从而为国内该药物的研发提供资料支持。

RNAi is an important discovery in the field of life sciences in recent years,and siRNA drugs designed based on RNAi are considered to have huge application prospects. The research and development of siRNA drugs are hot in the world,but the field is almost blank in China. This paper has conducted a comprehensive investigation on the principles,advantages and disadvantages,research and development progress,and expected application areas of siRNA drugs,with a view to providing data support for the research and development of the drugs in China.
